In case you are too late to register for the 3rd exam period (August-September)

And you are a KU Leuven student at campus Brussel

When for some reason you were too late to register, you need to present yourself, in person (not by phone or e-mail or not by mandate), to the Planning Department on August 13th, between 10 am and 4 pm, and file a special request. They will make sure - to the extent of what is practical possible - you can take exams from the beginning of the exam period. Exam schedules will be created in the order in which the request was received. In case of a large number of requests it is possible that your exam planning won’t be ready for the first exam day. You will only be allowed to take exams when your individual exam schedule is available. When your exams are organized you will be able to see it in your IES (Individual Exam Schedule). You need to check this yourself; you won't receive an e-mail.

Only students with official KU Leuven working status and MaNaMa-students can send their request by e-mail to the Planning Services (PL-AO-BRU@odisee.be) from August 8th. These requests will be processed together with all other requests on August 13th.
