Do you often feel tense? And do you want to learn to calm yourself? In a simple way you learn to lower your tension level a lot. In this one hour-long session a concrete exercise will be done together with you to learn how to relax. Afterwards, you can repeat this exercise daily at home so that you are more in control of your nerves during the exams.
